The Teachings of Tobias

The Balance Vortex

Solar Plexus – Lesson 3

And so it is. And so it is.

It always has been, it always will be. And it is. And so it is. And so it is in this time and in this place that you are acquired, that you are asked to attend to that which is now the clearing. The choice. The definitive intrinsic knowledge of self to come into the awareness of who you are, of where you are, of what you are, and who you are stepping into, what you are becoming.

It is in this moment. It is in this particular framework, as we teach, as we go beyond the now moment, and we begin to step into the very depths of understanding, of coming to the full comprehension of why we are clearing, why we are taking the time to go over old teachings and bring them into the new energy.

Why are we taking the seven chakra points and re-addressing them into the seven vortices? That will become the three that will become the one and giving them the names that I have given them. Why are we talking about the biology of the physical body in conjunction with the energy of that which is the biology of the energetic body, the metaphysical world, and the physical world?

Dear ones, my dear earth angels, if you have not yet grasped that you are on the journey of shedding the layers of your humanity, then I hope that this week will be one where you will begin to identify that you are stepping out of the density of the human psychology. And releasing yourself into the intrinsic knowledge of self-honour, of self-value, knowing that every decision that you have made in your entire life up until this moment has been your decision of choice.

The Vortex of Balance

Now I call the solar plexus chakra, or the chakra of the solar plexus, I call it the vortex of balance. Why do I call it the vortex of balance? Because, dear ones, it is in this place below the diaphragm that we must have balance within all the organs. There must be synchronicity. There must be ease and grace. Otherwise, all of the particles of that which coexist in this area will create within you a slight disturbance.

In fact, I will guarantee that as we go through the clearing stages, many of you will come up with discomforts in the digestion, the stomach, the intestines, all of the soft organs will begin to play the merry havoc with you. So have with you some fresh ginger. Have with you mint, preferably fresh from the garden. And make yourself some teas to soothe the digestion, to soothe this region. As you are going through the solar plexus, the balancing of the vortex.

I am Tobias. Welcome.

Manipura: City of Jewels

I have written a few things on the board, again reiterating that this is the vortex of balance. But if we were to take the Sanskrit and we look at the name, the Sanskrit name, the word for the solar plexus, it is Manipura. Of jewels. Lustrous gem. Of jewels. Beautiful beauty. Value. This is how it is considered, this place within you. The vortex of balance. The solar plexus. It is a place of lustrous beauty. It is a place where you create a city of jewels.

Why? Because it is so valuable. It is so intrinsically valuable that this is where the wisdom begins to unfurl. You have intrinsic value. It's your intrinsic value.

Intrinsic Value

The vortex of balance is to recognise one's intrinsic value. To know that the choice has been yours all along. To become great. Or to become small. It's been your choice.

Consider these points as you settle into this lesson.

The foundational truth, the truth that you find when you go into this balancing area, the vortex of balance is to honour yourself. It is self-honouring. Last week was the honouring of others leading into self-honouring. And here we sit in this realm, in this energy point to honour ourselves. To find our balance. To recognise that we are Manipura. We are the city of jewels. We are a beautiful city, the lustrous gem. We are the valuable, the intrinsic value of balance, of love, of peace. We are the greatness of all our accumulative decisions and choices.

The Biology of Balance

We are going to look at the biology of what is in this region, in this vortex. Within the abdomen we have: the stomach, upper intestine, liver, gall bladder, kidney, pancreas, adrenals, spleen, and the middle spine. All soft tissue organs.

When we feel threatened, when we feel as if we are under attack, what do we do? We protect. We close up. Why? Because all of this needs to be protected. When you are feeling vulnerable, you normally position yourself with a solid backing and something in the front so that you are protected physically. Strange that in your energy you think you're invincible. You think in the energy that you can do everything that needs to be done. But your energy being is only as strong as the connection it has to your physiology.

Participant

How about nausea? How about when you're hurt, you have hurt feelings—like when you feel like you're being kicked in the stomach? Acid reflux?

So these are good points. So would you say as a good description for this would be that the stomach would be like a barometer. It would be a gauge of your emotional status, your emotional feeling. What happens when you are so tied up in the stomach? Your stomach is so knotted that you can't eat. What happens if when you actually do put food down the throat, you want to throw up, you can't digest it. What happens when you have digestion problems? This particular area, the stuck energy, can lead to complications.

I'm not trying to give you fearful tactics. I'm not trying to create fear in you. I'm trying to tell you that fear lives in all of these places. Although it's been allocated to the liver, the kidney, or this or that, it lives in the entire region of the soft tissue organs.

Fear and the Vortex

The stomach has two doors. There's a sphincter as the oesophagus joins it and a sphincter as it goes into the upper intestine. One keeps the food in, the other releases the food depending on what is required at the time. Simultaneously, energetically, you either take and consume the fear and hold it, or you release it. It's up to you.

This is where fear sits. Fear sits in this region. It sits so deeply. It sits so fantastically well that you have become comfortable in the uncomfortable feeling of fear. If you did not have fear and you were able to freely just connect from everything and connect into the energy flowing through here, you would be completely different human beings.

The Diaphragm: Wall Between Worlds

The diaphragm is the wall that separates the upper body from the lower body. Think of it this way: it is the line that is drawn across, and you have the three lower vortices, and then you have the heart chakra, the liberation vortex. And then above that you have the other three vortices. So it is a wall. It is a line. It is a shield between the lower and the upper.

It's important not only in your actual breathing process to allow yourself to breathe properly, but it's important because it holds energy. It holds the energy for the heart chakra area as well as the solar plexus. It holds it for the liberation vortex. It holds it for the balance vortex.

The Organs and Their Messages

When people suffer from depression because they suddenly become awake and their Kundalini has woken up, when they suffer from this and suffer from that, it is because they have got stuffed chakras, energy points. They're stuffed, they're stopped up and the energy, although it's awakened, although it wants to move, cannot move. And it's bringing your attention to a point so you deal with it. It's nothing to fear. It's nothing to be concerned or worried about unless you refuse to actually deal with it.

The spleen, the liver, the kidney all work with the lymphatics in your body to clear the blood. The adrenals work to balance the water and the salt, the uptake. It's where your fight or flight sits. And yet it's where fear also takes a hold of and makes you jump, jump, jump all the time. When you refuse to let fear go.

When we look at the kidney energy and we contemplate the psycho-emotional, do you know that the kidney is actually supposed to be the energy of wisdom, gentleness? It is the energy of understanding of self, the clarity of perception. And yet how many of you, when something goes wrong, when there's a cold spot on your back, when there's something going on, say, "Oh there's fear. I'm holding on to fear," or "You're holding on to fear." You don't say, "Oh, I've got wisdom coming through. I've got gentleness exuding out of me."

The pancreas not only helps with the digestion of your food on a physical level, but it is an important gland. It's an important part of you to bring back balance. It brings the balancing of the sugars, yes, helping your digestion to flow nicely and easily. But beyond that, it's self-responsibility. It's self-awareness. It's where resentment lives or is released from. It's where you can mother yourself or demand others mother you.

Do you ever have those moments where your life is sour? It's just sour. Nothing you do sustains the joy, the sweet presence of just being, of just having that awareness. Go to your pancreas and ask your pancreas: What am I holding on to? What am I not releasing? Because just as the pancreas deals with insulin, deals with the sugar levels of your body, it also deals with the sweetness, the insulin levels of your energy.

Personal Power and Boundaries

One of the main discoveries of this balance vortex is coming to the awareness that this is about our personal power, our personal abilities. And often we allow others to dictate what our personal abilities and our personal power is. They may not verbalise it as "You can only do this and you are only this type of person," but it's how they respond to you when you stand within your fullness of being.

If you are desperate and desiring to be loved, to be admired and loved and wanting others in your life, you will mould your personal power, your personal ability, your personal success to the framework of that which is outside of you so that you are accepted. And this pertains not just to personal life, but also to business, our personal business, and our personal abilities, our life and power, our creativity, our awareness of who we are.

The Power of Balance

The vortex of balance is about the intrinsic value you place upon yourself and recognising your personal boundaries, your personal power, your personal abilities, your business power, your business abilities. It's the balance. What comes in must be able to also leave. There must be give and take. There must be releasing.

You cannot be so meek that you let others walk over you. Yes, the meek will inherit, but meek does not mean doormat. It means being aware of who you are. It means knowing who you are. It means being in balance and in alignment with who you are, so that when somebody else tries to dictate, you are not shaken. You go: "That's your belief. That's what you understand. That's how you are. That's great. This is where I am. Peace be unto you. Do as you will. But this is what I am doing." And you get on and you do it with conviction.

Grief and the Intestines

For those of you who carry grief, there's a difference between experiencing grief and being involved in grief for a moment, because there is the expression that needs to be released. And those that carry grief—to carry grief means that you hold on to it, that for some reason you enjoy having it in your body. It brings such a debilitating imbalance to carry grief, to hold it in and not release it.

Do you know that the upper intestine is not meant to hold grief? It's meant to hold food being digested. When you hold grief in there, it blocks you up. It creates constipation. It creates blocks. It can actually get to the point where the faecal matter hardens, or the undigested food hardens and becomes a blockage to the degree where nothing can pass through.

Dear ones, do not let your grief that you carry become like that. Allow it to flow through. Allow it to just be released. Go into the intestine. Go into the upper intestine and allow yourself to see, to see the release of that. Because what it truly is holding is the awareness of consciousness. This is where your consciousness, your awareness comes into.

This is where your intuition, your consciousness sits. Your intuition is also sitting in its twin or its similar status of the third eye. I want you to understand something, and I'm dropping the word "understand" because I want you to go into the under-knowledge or stand under the awareness of what you are doing. I don't want you to stand under my knowledge. I don't want you to stand under my explanation. I want you to create your own awareness and your own foundation and stand on that and under it, so you know the differences of what is coming to you, your consciousness, your control, your self-control, your lack of self-control.

The Spine and Support

The middle spine is something altogether very important because it continues along the spine of support. It's the physical support. It's the spiritual support. It is the place where when that becomes fused, where it becomes locked in place and you can't move for love nor money, you cannot move there.

Often somebody who is looking for help, somebody who is desperate for help, but for some reason has this thought that they've got to do it on their own—until it becomes evident not only to themselves but to everyone around them that they actually do need support, they actually do need help. Then this person who realises that they need the help puts out the request: "I need help," but puts it in such a way that people don't always hear that they may see it, but they don't hear the request because the way the request is given or asked is not done in a self-responsible and self-honouring manner. It's done in a victim way: "Nobody's helping me."

And so the lack of support is compounded. It's given reason for being. So the spine begins to compress. It begins to stick. It begins to fuse. You go in. You ask the spine. What? Where? How? Who do I need to forgive? What's the story? Allow your energy to flow into that part that is so tender, so stuck, so deep of feeling so numb and ask yourself: What do I need to know?

Intent and Clearing

There is a word that comes to me when we deal with this third point of reference, and that's intent. What is the intent that you are doing as you are clearing? What is your intent? Is there an intent or are you just doing the doing? Which is good because even if you're doing the doing and nothing's happening because you're mentally trying to attain to this, at least you're doing the steps. Now start again. And given intent, come from the heart, come from the place of being that you are truly connected into the dynamics where you are releasing a cellular construct not only from the physical body but from the energy body. Because the two sit side by side, they coexist. And what you do in one mirrors in the other.

Arthritis and Awareness

When we look at all of these points, these points that I've covered with the soft tissue organs, there are side effects when we don't clear them. And one of the ones I see in humanity quite, quite a lot is arthritis in the joints, arthritis in every way. What happens with arthritis is that it is significantly an outward bodily visual touch of your body saying: "Will you wake up and clean the blood? Clean the energy, clean what is here?"

Because the blood touches every part of your body, and the blood holds the energetic imprint of every particle that it touches, every cell that it touches. It receives the imprint and it takes everything everywhere. I am not attempting to put fear and guilt upon you. I am, however, determined to bring you to a place of awakeness, an awareness that what you do to your physical, you do to your energy. Ask yourself: Do I have pain in my joints? Be it my hands, my knees, my elbows, my neck, my feet. If the answer is yes, dear ones, go into the joints and begin to heal.

Anger and Eating Disorders

When you hold on to anger, it decimates the areas of the colon. It decimates your kidney, your liver, it decimates your pancreas. Your body begins to react. If you have too much anger in your body, not only does your pancreas and all of the others try to correct it at an energetic level, but you start to find that somebody who is angry, who holds anger, or unrequited anger—anger that hasn't been able to be verbalised, hasn't been able to be given the right of expression—becomes a disordered eater.

In other words, they eat, but they could eat either too much, they could be bulimic, they could be anorexic, they could be any type of eating disorder. They could only eat three meals a day, but such small meals because if they eat, it hurts them. They could have digestive problems, everything from Crohn's disease to intolerance of food groups, nuts and things like this. Allergies—these are all symptomatic of what is going on in your energy. If your physical body is applying a physical reaction to food, to drinking, what are you holding on to?

Balance in All Things

In the vortex of balance, when things are out of balance, when there is no balance, you will find that trust will go out the window, fear abiding in you. Some fear is good. You need a certain amount of fear to get you up out of bed every day and achieve things. If it was too easy, you just wouldn't get doing. You need a certain amount of apprehension in your gut to make you question: "Am I? Can I really do this?"

That little bit of fear that says, "I don't know if I can," followed with "Yes, I think I can"—that's the good fear. The bad fear is the fear that keeps you locked up and unable to do, unable to function. That makes you dysfunctioning at every level of being.

Your trust needs to come back. But before you can trust another person, before you can honour another, you must honour yourself and you must trust yourself. Now don't tell me you trust yourself, don't tell me you love yourself if you have issues in your life. If you do not truly honour who you are, then the flow of energy would not be flowing through you with ease and grace.

Contemplation Questions

Take time with these questions. Go in and ask yourself the "why" behind each answer.

Do you believe that you're unbalanced? Do you have a dysfunctional habit that you don't want others to know about? What is it and why do you keep it a secret? Are you honest? Do you sometimes misrepresent the truth? Why do you expect the truth to be given to you? Are you willing to sacrifice your honesty? If so, when and why? Do you consider yourself critical of yourself? Why? Of others? Why?

City of Jewels

When was the first and last time you considered yourself a city of jewels? A lustrous jade? Does it not spring hope within you that you are beautiful, that you are indeed so wondrous that somebody would call you lustrous? Why do you not think so highly of yourself? Why is it left for another to try to change your mind about who you are?

Community and Support

This is the time of transition between the lower three vortices into the heart. When we come to the heart in two weeks' time, it's going to be descriptively big. I want you to be prepared for it. So take the time and go through these three. Go through this one and keep up with the other two. Allow yourselves to heal. Forgive yourselves. Be part of your community.

I want you to understand that if you have a question or a query or a quizzical point about one of these points, I can almost one hundred and ten percent guarantee at least two others are thinking the same. I would like you to start talking to each other. It is private. Others in the group will read it, but Heather and Louise do not have time to answer every single one of your queries. Angels help angels. This is the reason you are here.

I am Tobias, I am Topia.

And so it is.
